"If you don't mind about picture quality, you could just use a standard composite cable to connect it to your tv. If you want a slightly better picture, you'll want to have an RGB-Scart cable"
I can tell you the picture will not be "slightly" better it will be far superior to any Video signal RGB is far better.
You will see a major difference for sure.
