Slow network xfers
« on: October 03, 2007, 09:13:45 PM »
I am trying to xfer all of my files from my A600 to my pc. I am using a network card and then logging into ftp on my pc and uploading them.

the whole hard drive is only 170, but its been going over an hour now and still not finished.

I am using a boot floppy with AmiTCP running.

At a guess, it's possibly slow due to running an ftp server and the drivers for the nic on a low spec machine. All I can think of.
Restraining orders are just another way of saying I love you!
