FS: Amithlon Compatible pc motherboard

I have a Athlon PC
ATX  motherboard with a 1.4 ghtz CPU, 768 megs of ram, 5 pci slots, onboard audio, ATI Radeon All in Wonder TV Agp Card. At the time Amithlon/ Amigaxl came out this board was able to load the CD without any issues. It met the requirements set forth by Amithlon's offer.

SO...its yours $35 shipped anwhere in the USA. I can include a CD-Rom drive as well.
I used this setup with the Trios hard drive switcher it allowed me to switch inbetween XP and Amithlon.

The TV card allows you to record D1 NTSC over the air an calbe tv.
