WTB: 040 for an A4K

Looking for an 040 for the A4K. Preferably with the ability to add memory...

You can pick up A3640's very cheap but no ability to add RAM

Yeah I figured they'd be cheap.. i'd like to roll with at least 64mb of ram tho... argh!
