Yes, it stopped working on me but I think the chip can be replaced by an expert--I have in fact found places online offering the TI TVP4020GFN 3D chip. Or maybe it was the LT1585 chip? I guess the chip to be glued into place rather than soldiered.
Unfortunately I can't test this board on my A4000 anymore to find out whether cooling would solve the problem because I need a floppy to get my system going again--and my first RAM slot has been damaged so my RAM can't sit properly.
