How to reset envoy admin account password?
« on: September 09, 2007, 10:55:45 PM »
Hi mates,

It turns out that I forgot the password for the "admin" account in envoy, which by the way is not "admin" because I changed it... I need to reconfigure some things and I can't login! :-(

Any ideas?

thanks!

The relevant file is SYS:Envoy/Accounts/UserData. Not sure if you can simply delete it (try renaming it first), but it shouldn't be too tough to overcome. Deleting it and then reinstalling over the existing files might work too. A full reinstallation probably wouldn't be too horrible either.
