A4K/PPC in tower on Amibench
« on: July 22, 2007, 10:22:50 PM »
£500

Just noticed it - can't afford it myself, but someone will be able to.

It's a damned reasonable price for that hardware imho.

Linky

PS - I'm not the one selling it, just thought I'd give people a heads-up
Mac Mini G4 (1.5GHz, 64MB VRam, 1GB Ram): MorphOS 3.6
Powerbook 5.8 (15", 1.67GHz, 128MB VRam, 1GB Ram): MorphOS 3.8.

Windows-free since 2011-2014 (Damn you Netflix!)

Hehe you noticed that Quickly!

Tis I Robert17 Selling it  :-)

Just not using it much anymore, and it seems like a waste to let it sit.

I think the price is reasonable, considering what I've seen CyberstormPPC cards go for lately, Also I'd like to have it leave my hands as a whole system as it's a great system :-)

As a Sidenote, I have a couple Of PowerPC games that I'll throw in free too, Quake2, Heretic 2, Decent: Freespace, Payback and Earth 2140.

Also the system has a 17" AOC CRT Monitor which is just over a year old that also comes with it if anyone wants.

Hope it goes to a good home.

I very nearly e-mailed you about it as soon as I saw it, but I just bought a Micronik tower recently which is yet to arrive, and I can't justify it to myself. Besides, I'd only part it out and keep the bits I needed, so better to let someone else have a bargain.

I think you should sell it quickly at that price. Hope you're not leaving Amiga completely?

PS - Thankfully Mark @ Amibench has removed the spambot posting which was 8uggering up all the ads.

Hey up, nope not leaving the Amiga scene, will still have a couple of machines to keep me happy.

I notice you're located in Yorkshire, wondered if you might be interested in coming down to the Lincs Amiga Group meeting on 11th August?

I live in Norfolk but I go to the Lincs meet regularly.

Thanks, I'll try to make it :-)

With the best of intentions I always managed to miss the SCAG group meetings when that was around.

Where is the LAG meeting?

Would rather have the cash, but thanks for the offer anyway :-)

Might have more to go soon anyway, so might be a trade opportunity later on.
