« on: May 08, 2007, 03:01:24 AM »
What do you think people, should they hire some real website designer and make their web site like Apple has, or Amiga.org?
When i go to they site it is like going on some old lame stuff on www.geosities/blablabla . :rtfm:

Perhaps they don't have enough money, between the lawyers for the Hyperion suit, the $2.5 million they will owe the city of Kent, Washington likely later this year(http://tinyurl.com/34pmqc), and whatever money is going to working with ACK.

Though I'd say their webmaster's personal website looks more modern and snazzy then Amiga.com's redo oddly enough.

I'd prefer that everyone involved with that company go run some other scam, other than using the name of our venerable old computer.

There's plenty of real estate scams, why don't they get into that?

If they produced something real and tangible, then it'd be worthwhile discussing how their website looks.
Amiga 3000D UP and running! Hear that clicking. 8)
Amiga 3000D & 4000D in storage sadly.

I like it as it is. It says everything the world needs to know about the company as far as I'm concerned. No quality control, completely unprofessional.

Amiga Inc. have had several opportunities to get designers.

I myself worked on the original fabled Amiga Power Platform website, although I wasn't happy with the results from that (both the site design and the broken promises relating to it).

I believe that AmigaWorld's Davey Doyle also offered a design for the main Amiga.com portal a while back too.

You cant make a page like Apples - They don't have anything to sell or an OS that they can/ will support from there... I hate the design of Amiga.Org, and find .Com more proffesionel - But i Love .org for its content... !
