I have already privatly asked all the questions I want ed to ask him  :-D

but the best question was:

"How the hell did you dream up exec!" I mean in 1983 why would anyone want a multitaking executive on a desktop computer? Where did he get his ideas from? How did the design evolve?

And his answer?

Was very interesting  :-D

You mean like a Carl Sassenrath review/comparison of the Pegasos and AmigaOne? Now that's a cool idea!

Amiga OS, as far as I'm concerned is the first real (and still only), home user OS that works, and to this day, that is how I feel.

I couldn't imagine not having a ram/rad disk and multi-tasking. But we all know the list just goes on and on and on.....

I'm using xp now, and every day is a depressing mis-adventure (what will go wrong next!!).

The only thing that I feel was a mistake was, and I might be wrong because it may be possible, not being able to make more than 1 ram disk and/or more than 1 rad:, as required.

Also, ram disks should be capable of having a maximum/no limit variable.

I just wanted to say THANK YOU so very much, to Carl and the others. You (the group) are GENIUS'.

I strongly feel that the way the OS runs, with it ANYTHING is possible, including, Artificial Intelligence!!!  (Some day I'll write it using AmosPro :-D ).

Amiga / AmigaOne! The Legend! The OS that WILL be used even 100 years from now, and forever!

So I guess that A500, 600, 1000, 2000, CDTV, CD32, are pure garbage then? Thanks for posting here.

How much do you know about the current "Amiga situation"? Do you still read about what's going on in the "Amiga World", or do most of your information come from QA sessions like this one? :)

My questions:

What do you think about .NET/mono and C#?

What could be IOS and Rebol Advantages against  .Net and C#, for developers and users?

-----
Have  RT plans to develop more rebol-dialects?

cheers
