Does the Harddrive come with the ORIGINAL of Workbench 3.1 ?

Because I thought its breaking copyright to supply 3.1 unless its with the original ?

No it does not come with the Original disks, but if you have the machine and the correct ROM then you should have the disks, they go hand in hand. Basically, I would say if you can boot that Hard Drive up without any effort, you are not doing anything wrong. All Amigas were sold with an OS, so no problem...
