Been a long time
« on: August 24, 2006, 10:57:28 AM »
I’m sure glad to see all this activity here. I’ve been away from the Amiga seen for quite some time. Spent the last two years in Iraq helping them build a better life.?. yah.. right.. But we won’t get into that… It’s good to be home and visiting Amiga.org once again.

I don’t recognize any old friends here,, yet,, names change I guess.

Love the thread about the Amiga on Ebay.. I have a C= Pet, maybe it’ll go for 2.5k, what-ch think? It almost works like new.  :-D

My wife and I are getting ready to move. Our new home will have a room dedicated to all our Amigas and chicken-lip systems. The Pet and C64 may not get used much, but they’ll be there ready to power-up and play with if the mood strikes us. .. It’s good to be the king..

Ok. Well.. I’ve finely joined the board and posted after years of lurking.
Back to lurk mode.

Cheers.

Yeah we all left and are living here in the south now.  You're in TX now, correct?  We need to have some sort of get together - I'm sure you're not that far away from me.  Glad to see you're still into miggies - I'm planning on a telnet based DLG board in the future.  Right now, I'm moving (yet again) so it'll be a bit.
