Just hope that your 'superintendent' has the sense to actually investigate what's going on, rather than just take anybodies word for it.

Unfortunately, he has no sense whatsoever. He's just a lazy moron trying to get by with as little work as possible. You can pinpoint when this building started to go downhill at the exact moment he took over. I think it's time to move. (I dread moving... I've got VERY heavy furniture)

Sounds like that guy is a grade a scrote, i reckon a few pedo flyers is what he deserves! It seems you have a choice neither one is very good, either move out or make his life a living hell.
