Using ADF2Disk / Amiga Forever
« on: June 21, 2006, 02:34:52 PM »
I own Amiga Forever 6.0. I am planning on buying the new
2006 version.

I have Amiga 500 , waiting on a A600.

Do I need 2 disk drives to properly use ADF2disk?

Can I read my ADF's that are on my PC via null modem cable?
Yes these are my personal ADF's that I backed up when I had a functional A500.
(My A500 died during Hurricane Ivan flood damage)

Anyone know if Radioshack sells a nullmodem cable? I want a nice clean cable.

Thx guys

With Amiga Explorer (part of the Amiga Forever package) you can transfer ADFs to and from the Amiga with a null modem cable.  You don't need ADF2Disk at all.
Time to move on.  Bye Amiga.org.  :(
