With the program
VirtueDesktops, mac users can now enjoy an almost amiga-like OS experience.
Each application can have its own screen with its own desktop image. Switch between screens with a very cool cube effect or pick your transition effect of choice. This is also a really nice way of switching between OS X and Windows or Linux when using Parallels, the virtualization software.
I think this is way cooler than multiscreening on Amiga, which was the only feature from AmigaOS that I really missed (not that I would mind having datatypes and assign of course.)
