connecting LED for towered A4000D
« on: May 11, 2006, 04:31:07 PM »
I'd like the LED display on tower case to show actual (50?) MHz
in my MKII '060 towered Amiga4000D

but where do I connect it? would it be safe to simply connect it in parallel with power LED?

AFAIK those things just need power (+5v DC) from somewhere. Slap it on to a harddrive/floppydrive power cable from the PSU.
The number it displays is set with jumpers (or dip-switches) on the back of the display itself.
