Anyone have a copy of lightwave 5 they would be willing to part with?  This is the last version for Amiga, correct?

If I remember right the only way to get LW 5 was to buy the upgrade to 4.3 of the Video Toaster software. You can still get it directly from Newtek for $25 as long as your Toaster is registered.
Amiga 2000HD Indivision ECS
Amiga 4000D towerised OS 3.1 and 3.9 on CF cards
Indivision AGA, Mediator 4000
Video Toaster 4000 Flyer v4.3 Millenium.
202gig of video drive space & 5gig audio.

The Amiga got its Toaster-free edition at version 3/3.5 on floppy disks. It needed NewTek's parallel port dongle to run. You could then upgrade to v4, then v5 in the usual way, retaining the registered dongle each time.

Unfortunately, I had to trade in my Amiga dongle for the USB version when I migrated to PeeCee v8. I still have the original v5 CD, but Layout won't run without the gizmo. Version 4 came on both floppies and CD.

Being a sentimental sort, I've kept all the manuals, original boxes and stuff. They are getting very rare these days and I'm unlikely to part with 'em till I'm too old to care any longer.

If you manage to get into LW5, check out my WaveGuide Manual which does a competent job of tutoring. I even spotted it on eBay a couple of times. More through the link below.
