blizzard ppc power woes
« on: March 09, 2006, 12:49:29 PM »
I've a bppc board with 040 I'm having problems with. The display is garbaged whenever I plug the bppc. From what I read around I thought it is a power issue. I'm using a micronik PSU to power the system, I also give power from the floppy connector. So I will try to give power from the fan on the bppc as the final step. I read 5v and ground on the fan power pins. I can get the 5v from a floppy connector, but I don't know where am I supposed to get ground ? none of the floopy connector pins seem to supply ground.
I believe in mt. Fuji

The floppy connector supplies 1 x +5. 1 x +12 and 2 x GND. You should be able to figure which are ground.
