Workbench 1.3 to adf
« on: February 22, 2006, 02:56:27 PM »
Hi all, can you help me please?
I am running AmiKit V1.04 with WinUAE1.2 OS3.9 CPU set at 68040,
I am I have the Rom 1.3 with Workbench 1.3 and the Extras, both have are in normal Workbench files.
I want to get them into ADF format I have tried through Aminet an adf search and came up with a few programs but they just will not work no matter what I do.
Is there some other program that will do the job without any hassle?

TIA,

Mike.

all the progs work good and easy but you need a real amiga for this because of the floppy disk.
A3040/25 AmigaOS 3.9
A1260BPPC AmigaOS 3.9/4.0
Sam440ep AmigaOS 4.1.2
PegasosII/G3 AmigaOS 4.1.2/MorphOS 2.7/Debian 5.0.7/SUSE 11.1
MacMini/G4 1.5 MorphOS 2.7/OSX 10.5.8
Long Live Amiga

If i am going to have bugs on my system,
at least let me keep the latest versions.

Since you already own the orginal disks, then you could just do a google search for them and download the adf and rom image from the internet. I cannot give you a link or anything, since then i would be breaking some of amiga.orgs anti piracy guidelines.

@Swift240:

Bear in mind also that if you wish to use KS1.3 / WB1.3 under WinUAE, you'll need to change the emulated CPU to a lower model as KS1.3 doesn't boot on CPUs later than the 68030, as far as I remember.

Hi, yes I know that, I did have the ADF files for the 1.3 but dont ask me where they are, lost in some portal to another dimension as this room does realy need to be sorted out.
Its like every thing else you put it down then 3 days later forget where it(they) are.
