of course it will do it but think to this: i had one of these babys back in 1995 with the fpu too and i gave them back both for the big kitty of the time the blizz060, it cost me an arm and a leg as they say but until now i have blame my self only because i did not made the move to the 060/ppc solution...
but... go ahead if you don't need more than this it's a good piece of hardware

where do i get a firewall for the amiga?
and antivirus for the amiga??

the antivirus case is almost dead on amiga these days but take a look at http://www.vht-dk.dk/vhtdk/amiga/amiga.htm

firewall? :) the miami tcp/ip has some abilities but personaly i never search/use them until now

Yes, the Blizzard1230 will get you up and running with OS3.9. Make sure that you'll be satisfied with an 030, however, as you'll save some money by going stright to an 060 accelerator rather than upgrading later.

An 030 on a plain AGA machine will just barely suffice for web surfing. The CPU time needed to decode and display images on the web will make it a rather slow experience.

As for antivirus and firewall, there's not much to worry about. The Amiga is great for "security though obscurity". No modern virii can affect the Amiga, and in the event you somehow get snagged with an old Amiga virus, any program that uses xvs.library will get you fixed up.
