Wouldn't it just suck if you bought that and when it arrived you went to go look at your newly acquird DKB 3128 card only to find a Commodore 2058?  :P

I know. :-)
However, I've requested from the seller prior to the end of auction to post the showconfig output and it reported 128MB ram, so it has to be DKB. :-D
I was interested in bidding, but never expected it to reach 1200USD. I figured, if significantly less than $600USD I may go for it.

It should be NO surprise that the C= A4000T being auctioned is not in good shape or missing a few pieces.  It has been over 10 years people and if your AMIGA is used on a daily basis for work (as this unit appears to have been) then there will eventually be damage due to use, moving, etc...  The Enlite case used by C= had a major flaw in the design...the door hinges.  I'm not aware of anyone still using a C= A4000T that has not removed the door or moved the computer into a newer case.

I have a C= A4000T (s/n 0016) and the door hinges broke within the first week of ownership.  The problem is that the hinges were small, thin strips of plastic with almost nonexisting plugs that insert into the front of the case.  It takes very little effort to bend the door out of alignment or break it.  You really do have to be careful how you open / close the door.  The AT case, while not as nice looking was a better design for the door.

In any event, I moved all of my electronics out of the C= case long ago in favor of a bigger tower with a much larger power supply (but I still have the case for history purposes).
Gee Brain... what do you want to do tonight?

Wow. That's why I kind wish that I didn't have to look for jobs at this point in time. I could spend my time and energy pursusing my amateur video production skills at our main library and I could be looking at one of this everyday.

Oh well I guess I can go find me and make me a tower that will rival the looks of the C= case. Yeah, you know can do alot with a welder, hacksaws, a Dremel cutting tool, files, plexiglass and fiberglass  :-D
