AmiNetRadio can play protracker modules (and soundtracker to some extent) via AHI.

If you're using a Classic Amiga (or WINUAE for that matter) you might want to give either Hippoplayer, Delitracker or Eagleplayer a try (all can be found on Aminet) since they are the best and all support AHI (to some extend anyway ;).
