You don't need the drivers on a floppy. Put them on the hard drive you have, or are about to put on the SCSI controller.
A2000 GVP 40MHz \'030, 21Mb RAM SD/FF, 2 floppies, internal CD-ROM drive, micromys v3 w/laser mouse

the GVP A4008 is a name variation of the Impact A2000 Series II HC+8, and are identical boards.

GVP Series II and 4008 SCSI-Interfaces

CN1    LED connector
US     Autoboot EPROM
J5     Autobooting
CN2    50 pin SCSI connector

A2000 HC+8 Series II

SIMMS: The SIMMs must be inserted in a specific order. They go in from
the innermost (CN10) to the outermost (CN17) sockets. The outermost
socket would be the one closest to the card's edge.

SIMMS can be either 1Mb x 8 or 1Mb x 9 (parity).

J5-J9  RAM Jumpers
J4     Auto-booting
J10-12 SCSI ID Jumpers
CN1    LED COnnector
U3     Autoboot EPROM
CN2    50 pin SCSI connector

Memory   SIMM Locations
.....................J5 ....J6...J7   ..J8....J9
0   NON   ........   OFF   OFF   ON   OFF   ON
2   CN10-CN11   OFF   ON   OFF   OFF   ON
4   CN10-CN13   ON   OFF   OFF   OFF   ON
6   CN10-CN15   OFF   OFF   ON   ON   OFF
8   CN10-CN17   OFF   ON   OFF   ON   OFF

4 PIN POWER CONNECTOR
25-pin External SCSI Connector
50-pin Internal SCSI Connector

Do you have the GVP install disk? You need it to prep the drive.

Not really.  You can use HDToolbox and just specify the device via tooltype or command line argument.
Time to move on.  Bye Amiga.org.  :(
