retina blitz z3

HI All,

I have had a retina bltz z3 sitting around for the last few years, only just got around to looking at it, to find one of the zip chips to be broken (broke pins).

All I had was some 80ns static mode zips to put in it.  They are 1X4s like the original chips should have been, but they were page mode.

To make a long story short, the board does not even show up in my kickstart installed cards menu.

Anyone know if I HAVE to have page modem zips for this thing to work?

Any troubleshooting ideas?

Anyone have 8 page mode 1x4 zips I could try?

Err, the only Zips I think I have are the ones that my Apple IIgs uses.
