Cyberstorm PPC oscillators
« on: January 14, 2006, 06:53:40 PM »
i remember reading somewhere that there is a performance benefit on the BlizzardPPC if you run everything (system bus, 68060 & PPC) off the same oscillator, instead of having two separate (different) ones.

Does this perhaps apply to the CyberstormPPC as well?

In theory it makes sense to run everything synchronously off the same oscillator.

Any input on this subject is highly appreciated.
