Yes it seems so,
AS I say I am using the Citizen Swift240 and that works fine via the Paralell port.
There isnt any driver for the Amiga as far as the Lexmark is concerned.
I have a newish Epson 600 type printer in the loft all wrapped up, I shall get that down and try that via the paralell port and see what luck I shall have.
Having said all this, I have used the generic printer in the Devs/Printers folder and that works just as well for the Citizen printer
I have of course got the correct drivers in Windows XP pro for the Citizen Swift as long as you have the correct drivers for the printers through Windows XP then the AMiKit printer part of it should work.
Its probably one of those things the Lexmark is for some reason not wanting to co-operate.
But the Lexmark is far to good to let go as its a Printer and scanner at the same time X1180.I cant complain to much as for a DMP the Citizen is not to bad a printer for the AmiKit.
Mike.
