I have an extra PC sitting here if anyone is interested in a swap. (See how desperate I have become in so short a time?)

C'mon someone wants to unload that extra A1200 (any Amiga considered) laying around  for an extra PC for home (or to give to your parents, or in-laws or girlfriend/boyfriend... or heck the homeless even).

I can even toss in (install) a legitimate copy of win95 or win 98, or install the linux of your choice on it. I'd offer to install a newer Microsoft OS on it, but unfortunately I don't have a legit copy of those.

I can put any apps on it that you'd want or customize it almost anyway you'd need.

I was hoping someone would jump on this deal.

Celeron 533 PC is practically useless as it is so out of date, where any Amiga, though much older is more valuable and useful to an Amiga user.  I wouldn't hold your breath on getting a positive response for this trade, but good luck.

That's what I kinda figured. I can toss into the deal an AMD Duron 800 that I have if anyone would like that instead of the celeron 533. Still not really up to date, but a great second machine for running linux or something.

I actually am using a p3 600 for my debian pc that I telecommute with and it's one of my strongest machines (Granted it has 2 Gigs of RAM).

Well if anyone has an extra Amiga to trade, let me know what you ARE looking for. I might have it.
