I have big problem with my visa card(classic), and those damn "bunch of well trained monkeys" doeznt respond to my questions.:-x

Visa association now (ok, from 2. sep.) require CVV security code with every transaction, but paypal send it only with first transaction (for veryfying). I need to pay for some auctions and my transactions are now  :pissed: re :pissed: jec :pissed: ted :pissed:

Is there any problems with Visa cards from another countrys too?
Its already one week and i still didnt receive any email from paypal team :madashell:
Im not a dodger, d a m n! :evil:
 
too lazy to use shift key properly...

You can only use a credit card (e.g. Visa) to pay through PayPal when the seller has a Premier/Business Account.

If they only have a Personal Account (like me) your Visa won't be accepted. You have to set up a direct debit mandate between your Bank and PayPal.

He's paying for stuff, so there is no limitations.

Sorry to hear about your trouble.  I haven't had trouble myself here in the US.  Hopefully they will get things sorted for you.
