I know its bad form to show up o show up and start asking for things, but im going to do it anyway (sorry).

All im asking for is a screenhot or two, showing a stsyem booting into OS4, does it have any sort of loading screnn etc. or does it just pop up in workbench from a black screen or something?

It starts in u-boot, a low-res black screen with white text. U-boot does the hardware check, loads kickstart off the HD & WB pops up a few seconds later. Not pretty, but its quick. U-boot is not used with warm resets. Look at the first 2 pictures at this site.

U-boot
