Cyberstorm MK3 scsi issues

I had been using my Cyberstorm MK3 system for a long time with a Prometheus PCI bus (with Voodoo3 as graphics card) and an A4000 Desktop (in a tower).  I also had attached a 9 gig seagate barracuda scsi drive (68-pin Wide drive).  No problems at all.

Then, I took out the voodoo from the prometheus and put in my Cybervision PPC card (that I hadn't used in awhile, and probably never used in conjunction with the SCSI controller on the cyberstorm).

I am now getting alot of error #8000004 when starting up the machine, or if I try to boot from a Workbench 3.1 disk I get RAM has failed again with 80000004 error.  A *few* times I have been able to get the machine to boot into basic Workbench 3.1 from the floppy and I can see the SCSI Disk partition (my old workbench partition), and I can see the files on it and it appears to be fine.  But rebooting I get that error again #80000004...

Now... I am overclocking the 060 chip to 66.6Mhz.  But I did the modification with the jumpers and the oscillators that should have ensured the SCSI works fine with the overclocked 060.

(Yes I am using a heatsink and fan cooling and the machine is in a cool basement, so heat should not be an issue)

If I remove the cybervision PPC card the scsi is properly recognized and I don't get the error #80000004.

Has anyone else seen this? Am I getting this error because my 060 is overclocked?

Perhaps the fast ram modules on the CSPPC are not tolerant enough for 66Mhz? If you have different ram modules, give it a try by swaping the existing ones. It could be that the problem manifests itself only when the CVision is used. Other than that, you could also try to set the PreCharge option to "on" for the 68k cpu within MK3 early boot settings menu and see if that makes any difference.

They are all 60ns modules which I had been using with no problems (without the cybervision attached)...so I'm not sure it is ram, but I can definately take some ram off to see if it makes a difference.  It has 96MB of RAM on the cyberstorm.  It is a 60MHz 060 as well, so overclocking to 66Mhz has never been an issue for that cpu.  I will also try the pre-charge option...
