There is a "don't lik to here from the outside!" error, but I could see the picture by reloading that page. I guess that tricks the server because the referring URL then becomes itself.

Just drill the rivets out. They'll just break into two bits, just remember to get them out of the PSU before you start it up again.
Probably a good idea to remove the whole PSU out of the Amiga first, avoids getting any shorts from the metal swarf.

The fan is installed inside the PSU (and with rivets)
You have to drill out those rivets, to remove the fan.
Pay attention when you'll open the PSU.
Leave the AC plug out for a couple of hours at least.
