console util for show network statictic

hi ppl.
maybe who now name of console util (not panel for miami, but console util (analogy 'bustest' for memory,
pciinfo/scanpci for mediator,etc)), who can show me
cps,currently speed,newtwok statictic and etc,etc.

For example this util have do:
  send on need device (keys can change) some bytes,
   recv, and show speed, etc.

And analogy. so maybe who know where i can get it, and name of this util ?
