OpenPCI 2.0 released, new more stable RTL8139 drivers for Prometheus.

- New OpenPci.library v2.0 for 68k and MorphOS
- New RTL8139 drivers updated

The OpenPCI author has returned, after a long absence and released new software of interest to Prometheus owners.

It's my understanding the RTL8139 driver is more stable on the Prometheus, but still crashes under certain circumstances. Good luck!
