cd on fire problems

Has anyone used this? When i start the program i get a requester asking for a program called "getvolumedev" what is it and where do i get it??

It's part of the Tools package. make sure that you have installed all of these before you start it.

Anybody seen any sort of documentation/tutorial? I'd like to add some files on an old backup CD (open session), is it possible with this proggie? Something like adding files to existant dirs, etc...
