Split ADF - On PC

Is there any easy way to split ADF files on the PC so i can transfer them on a 720k disk to the Amiga? (i use CrossDOS, and right now, i friend of mine have my nullmodem cable)

Try a file splitter program such as:
http://www.softdd.com/filesplt/
