A1200 ethernet

What is a good ethernet solution for an a 1200 with a surf squirrel and a blizzard 1260?

Get an ApNet PCMCIA Ethernet card.  You'll have to dump your Surf Squirrel, though.  If you still need a high speed serial port, then get one that fits on the motherboard clock port connector.

If none of the above works for you, then your only other solution is to add Zorro slots to your system and get a Zorro Ethernet board.

VarIO card from individual computer works great here as a clockport version of a high speed serial port plus you get a faster parallele port and can use parallele zip drive.
Be aware that the pcmcia port has a reset bug.
