Since I have purchased a Mediator, I have updated my Amiga 3000 Tower project website. I hope the additonal information proves helpful to those modding a 3000 desktop.

Looking good, but it wouldn´t harm with better picture quality and more specific on how to do the things.
But it´s better than most of the sites I´ve seen.  :-)

Good work Mr Lemming. You must be pretty chuffed with what you pulled off. It's amazing what we can do when we put our minds to it! :-)

The holes for the ports took about 2 hours. The hardest one was making the hole for the keyboard because it had to be large enough for the cable connector (that hole by itself was about an hour).

Let me know! I love helping out other Mediator users. How is it workig with just the 030? I had to add a line in my startup to get the voodoo to display before I put my 060 card in. It was CPUNOCACHE or something like that.

That's VERY interesting reading!! I have a couple of old server cases that might be suitable now. If I use the original card case I might not have to make a completely new backplane.

Maybe it's time for a tower conversion of my trusty A3kD!!  :-D  :-D  :-D
