Leonid meteors - incoming...(to a sky near you)
« on: November 17, 2004, 04:47:10 AM »
Just a reminder,
on Nov. 18-19th,  sky watchers somewhere will see a dazzling storm of Leonid meteors.

Looks like it`ll be cloudy over the UK though...(again)

Last night for us it was funnel clouds and a tornado. That kind of excitement I can do without! :-o

Hardly dazzling tho'. Sixty per hour if conditions are right, according to SpaceWeather.com.

Cheers,
