The father of the Dutch Schlager, André Hazes, died
« on: September 24, 2004, 10:51:17 PM »

Last Thursday morning, at 9:30, the Dutch Schlager-star André Hazes died of a heart attack, at the age of 53.
He became famous in the '70s with the song "Eenzame Kerst".
His biggest hits were "Een Beetje Verliefd", "Zij Gelooft In Mij" and of course "De Vlieger".

To honor him, we drink a pint :pint:, exactly how he wanted it

Well, I don't know who he is, but I'm sure his memory deserves a :pint: :-)

To honour Roy Walker getting a job back at ITV presenting Catchphrase, we honour him with a pint :pint: and a sandwich with good butter and young cheese.
