NewIcons if you dont already have it. Or PNG-icons if you got a better system.

Btw, I can't get Birdie to run. I have added the correct commands to mu user-startup and it does not mention any error but the windows are simply not changed. Anyone who knows what might be the cause of it? I have tried to disable QuickDraw in MCP. That did not help.

I have a similiar problem with Birdie. I didn't think it was working at all until I set the PUBSCREENS arguement and started to see it working on all of my other pub screens. I then discovered when I change my screen mode (I could set it back afterwards,) Birdie would start working on my Workbench.

Very weird... Putting a WAIT 10 after Birdie didn't help. I also had Birdie launch RIGHT after IPrefs too...
