amiga moded into a pc
« on: August 27, 2004, 12:21:26 PM »
I bought 2 Amiga case to mod into pcs.(2000 and 4000) One i am planing to keep the other when done I will sell on ebay. I am going to install amiga forever, as well as some other stuff (undecided). I got an extra athlon 2400, and radeon 8500. Also planing putting in dvd burner, 512 ddr, 80 gig hd. I wanted to check interest before investing in parts, also is cpu, and graphic card good enought or should i put in more powerful stuff?

I dont think you will make anything close to what you put into it if sold on ebay. PC systems have a real bad resale value these days. just keep that in mind.

Yeah, building an A1 or Peg into one would much cooler, too :-)
