Program incompatabilities with os3.5 ?

Is there a list of programs that are incomaptable with os3.5 ?    I seem to be having difficulties getting some graphics programs to function properly in the next phase of my Amiga resurrection process.  
system specs: os3.5/A3000D/Warp'40/64mg/PicassoII/PAR/100mgZip/Scantek scanner/4.3gigHD

So far this is what I'm not getting.

ImageF/X4 - unable to load matheeetransdouble.libray v.0
Imagemaster r/t - starts to load image then machine resets
Photogenics2 - guru
Pagestream3 - unable to load matheeetransdouble.libray v.0

Could it be that I need to reinstall the offending programs? I had copied the entier system to Zip disks and just recopied them back to the new HD partitions. Identical setup execpt for new HD and os. Everything was fine under os3.1 (4years ago) before installing new HD and os3.5.

Did you copy back the libs, fonts, devs, etc that all these programs need?

I know I've run ImageFX 4, Pagestream 3 and Photogenics 2 on OS3.5.  I think you either have botched assigns or missing files somewhere, or something.  It shouldn't be too hard to get any of those programs working on 3.5.  

Anyhow, I'd probably try re-installing the program.  Should fix your problems.  :-)
