Yep, selling emus altogether with ROMS is NOT legal.
Except if the aforementioned games are PD, but I am not sure Mr. Nintendo likes PD...  :lol:

Moreover, the price for, basically an off-the-shelf HDD and free proggies on it is WAY OTT!
