Parallel-port Joystick adapter questions
« on: December 30, 2002, 06:50:25 PM »
I'm trying to build a Parallel-port joystick adapter to use with games that uses 4 joysticks as optimal.

Payback uses the adapter for both CD32 pads and ordinary joysticks but CD32 pads needs a clock signal on pin 5 and sends serial data throu pin 9.

None of the circuitry adapter prints I find is makes  use of the 5 and 9 pin.

How is that?
Will it work anyway (not that I belive it...)
And where do I find circuitry pints that connects the 5 and 9 pin to the parallel port.

All help is wellcome

Long time ago I used Parallel-port joystick adapter but not for CD32. It looks like most of us are not familiar with your problem.
