Bluetooth connections displaying MAC addresses but not names

Thought I’d try to pair Bluetooth earphones but when I search it provides a list of MAC addresses but not names.  Is this something that can be updated?

It does actually display both, however just recently for me it seems to get flooded with Mac address only devices, making it hard to see the named ones, I plan to add a filter to hide them in the near future.
