Considering the wording used in the new docs, this is an appeal for declaration and discrediting one or two bits of evidence.  They do have that right to appeal a courts decision so long as there is significant evidence and support backing a claim.  If it's nothing more than fabricated documentation, it will be thrown out and the ruling will stand.

You really aren't much of a poster until your posts are court worthy...(smugly looks down his nose at the non-evidence posters).

I cannot believe how my post would be relevant...to save everyone the trouble of looking it up, I made the statement to the effect:  I don't know if this is a hoax by fleecy on the community, or if the hoax is that fleecy wrote it.

hmm, that PDF struck me as being really poorly made. well, it was the image that was used IN the PDF that was crappy.

I always thought that my posts were witty, urbane and intelligent.  Besides,I know that Amiga Inc appear to be correct in ALL of their charges and ideas and BBRV have no legal leg to stand on.
