Those two weeks refer to the amount of time required to get to gold master status. it doesn't include production time of at least 10 business days.

What I said is that with a bit of luck we can get the CD mastered in two weeks. There is an additional overhead involved in produciton and distribution.

My bad.  I just read the above myself.  I DID believe that 14 days did not incluse burning and distribution, but the "With a bit of luck" part sounds a tad more nebulous.  Still:
