In case you hadn't noticed, Amiga's are extraordinarily configurable.  You can make them look like just about anything.  Just take a look at some of the photos in the gallery on this site, for starters.  :roflmao:

But the "default" appearance hasn't changed a whole lot since 2.04.

Looks like 3.1 to me. The Palette prefs have been changed from the default, though. There are also some custom WBPattern prefs in use.

It looks like 3.1. AmigaOS 2.1 had a *black* menu strip with *white* text. Since 3.0 it's vice versa.

I would guess that the person formatted drives on the machine and then simply copied the operating system folders over and renamed them accordingly.  They are not the Workbench3.1 disks that came with the 4000T as it would say Workbench3.1 and not System3.0 and pretty sure you would have got the drawer images on the main folders.

OS2 has a black upper section. Workbench 2.0 does show disk icons for OS drawers as they appear here, however.

AFAIK, the 4000T only came with 3.1 roms with were different. (missing workbench libs)
