Amigaworld status ?

There's definitely a problem with the DNS system with it only connecting to the correct IP intermittently. Direct connection via the correct IP code, 85.25.152.36 works fine. I've had to manually amend my hosts file in order to get it to connect to Amigaworld.net reliably at home!!! Needs must, but it's a shame the moderators aren't on top of this

Oh I've no doubt it is having issues but for me it is working reliably. Not sure why but I rarely visit there and prefer amiga.org anyway.

amigaworld.net has 3 NS records, of which only one serves correct IP address. If your resolver decides to ask that one, it will answer you correct IP address for a while, if your resolver asks any of the other, it will answer wrong IP address for a while.
