If the tube is undamaged, it's most likely a fault with the high voltage circuits feeding it. Line output transformer common failure, or component feeding it. TV repair people of a certain age could probably get it going again. I don't touch the things personally
If the tube becomes unsealed and the vacuum integrity is gone, it will stop working real quick, and you would need glassblowing skills and a lot of other stuff to fix it. Having parents called Mary and Joseph might help, because quite frankly that sort of fix really is a miracle.
