AmigaOS 4.1 Final Edition - downloadable?

I just realized that AmigaOS 4.1 Final Edition is an actual thing and not OS 4.1 Upd 6.

I want to buy it and install it on my 440. I'd rather not wait for it to ship from Europe to me in the states. Is there an online store that allows (legal) downloads of the ISO?

yes and no. once you have your serial number, you can register the product at hyperion's site and then get access to a download area where there is a backup ISO. you can then burn that, and voila. of course you'll need your retailer to give you the serial number in advance; amigakit did that for me in the past, so i'd start there.

Once you buy it and have a serial # you could borrow my disc, if you want to drive to Gainesville, haha.  (I forget, we are practically neighbors!)

Ask the dealer if they can email you the serial after you've paid and before they ship the disc.
